Terms and Cons

Please check the following details carefully :

-Product model, color, size (for fashion items)

-Name, shipping address, phone number

-Payment method

Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made.

If changes are needed, you must cancel and place a new order.

-Ready-to-ship items : Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends/public holidays)

-Pre-Order items : Dispatched according to the timeline stated on the product page

Note: Orders combining ready-to-ship and Pre-Order items will follow the Pre-Order schedule.

-Fashion items eligible for size exchange must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and requested within 7 days after receipt

-Customer bears the return shipping fee (80 THB)

-Pre-Order, Sale, Special Collaboration, and Limited Edition items: No exchange or return (except for defective/wrong items)

-Other products: Please refer to specific product page conditions
