Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the MARCOM Manager to execute the organization's marketing and communication strategies. This role focuses on tactical implementation, including content creation, social media management, and data analysis. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing various marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.


Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and create marketing content such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.

Social Media Management: Manage and update the organization's social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

SEO Implementation: Assist in optimizing online content for search engines, working closely with the MARCOM Manager and SEO software.

Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.

Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and manage customer data in CRM systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities to inform strategy adjustments.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

Administrative Support: Assist the MARCOM Manager in administrative tasks, including budget tracking and vendor coordination.


Qualification:

3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.

Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation skills.

Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in managing social media platforms.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret marketing data and analytics.

SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO best practices.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software tools, including CRM

systems and analytics platforms.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management

and content creation.
